Support

Curating is made and run by one person. Email is the only way in, and it reaches a human rather than a queue.

Get in touch

Report abusesupport@curatingapp.com — or use the Report option on the post, comment or profile itself, which is faster because it sends along what you’re reporting. Reports are read within 24 hours.
Account helpsupport@curatingapp.com — locked out, wrong email on the account, or a handle you can’t change.
Privacy and your datasupport@curatingapp.com — a copy of what Curating holds about you, or a correction.
Bugs and ideassupport@curatingapp.com — what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.

If someone is being abusive

Block them first. Open their profile, tap the menu, and choose Block. It takes effect immediately: you stop seeing each other, and any follow between you is removed in both directions. You don’t need anyone’s permission, and they are not told.

Then report it. Reporting the post, comment or profile hides it from you straight away and sends it to be looked at. Content that breaks the rules is removed, and accounts that post it can be suspended.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Curating isn’t able to help with that, and waiting on a reply here would cost time.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, and it takes effect immediately. Here’s how.
